Welcome. I’m a dual-licensed therapist (RMT, R.Ac), Yogini, and founder of AURA Mobile Massage & Lymphatics. With over a decade of experience in integrative wellness, my practice weaves together traditional healing systems, clinical skill and years of hands-on bodywork. I specialize in supporting women and families through stress, pain, chronic tension, and energetic depletion — .providing personalized in-home care that adapts to your body’s current state, supporting a gradual return to harmony and well-being.

As an RMT, I’ve come to see how a dysregulated nervous system can quietly influence everything from muscle tension to emotional resilience, often lying at the core of chronic stress, pain and fatigue. Helping clients restore that regulation is central to my work. As a trauma-informed practitioner, I integrate breath work, mindful presence and somatic awareness to create a safe, supportive space—encouraging deeper embodiment and relaxation.

I offer different approaches to working with the body and energy systems—whether through healing touch, fascial manipulation, gentle stretching, or nervous system-informed techniques. Each session is designed to support your unique needs and meet you where you are.
